Adopt-A-Street Swillburg

Swillburg is excited to start a new program inspired by Respect Rochester and the fantastic work being done in our neighboring communities: Adopt-A-Street Swillburg.

Our goal is to extend the spirit of Spring Clean Sweep all year long by giving neighbors the tools to keep their streets clean and beautiful.

How it Works

Pick your street, and once a week (or whenever you can), walk your stretch of the street -usually from your home to the corner - collecting small bits of litter.

Toss it into your official GloSwillburg Bucket with your GloSwillburg Grabber (you will get these after signing up) and dispose of it at home. If you see larger/dangerous trash or overflowing city bins, just call 311.

This is a simple and flexible way to make a visible difference in the neighborhood at your own pace. It’s also a great opportunity for responsible teens looking to give back!
